- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately I have to say I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received from Dr. Chan's & Horizon Medical Center office personnel. I feel they don't know you as a person nor do they try to understand and empathize with your situation. If an office visit is required for a script then why not write the script, get the patient better and then expect them to come in for a follow-up. At least think of putting the patient first instead of seeing an office visit fee first. I think the girls that handled my case were very unprofessional and could of gone above and beyond instead of judging me based on what they think they know about my case and not the facts. Yes its a patient's duty to keep their medicines up to date however it is the doctor's oath to put their patient's well being 1st. And when you have as severe of headaches as I do there is no telling which is even going to work this time to get rid of it. Thanks but no thanks.August 09, 2017by A Google User
