- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used Parietti since I bought my first car. I recently got married and it made more financial sense to join my husband's policy. I called to confirm with them that everything was cancelled and I would be refunded to money for dual coverage. I have never been talked to so rudely. The Agent Lisa was very combative and every time I tried to talk, she just kept interrupting me. After that phone call I could not do buisness with them again. Besides the fact that in all the years of dealing with them, they never shopped for different policies that were cheaper. Any time you call, the receptionist's are well trained to pre screen your call and have some excuse why your agent can't speak to you, even when you had an appointment. I have family that work in the car business. Used to recommend them to a lot of clients. This is not the first had experience. We do not recommend to anyone anymore.March 24, 2017by Kacie Russell
