- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been treated by Dr.Piluso for several months now for severe ingrown toenails. My family doctor recommended her to me. It was the very best recommendation he ever gave me. Her skill, professional treatment and dedication has been a true blessing. I suffer from DVT and have a severe bleeding condition as a result of the DVT there are blood thinning medications I have to take. Dr. Piluso handled the condition with such loving tender care, under very difficult conditions. She coordinated with my doctor the extent of treatment and recommendations for my condition.
